The end of Lambda School’s mini bootcamp is finally here with the 8th lesson.
The second lesson of Lambda School’s mini bootcamp for the week leveled up the challenge with concepts such as arrays, objects, and methods.
Task: HackerRank passes in a set of integers, S, and tasks you with the following: Find two integers, A and B (where A < B), such that the value of A&B (bitwise AND) is the maximum possible. But it must also be less than a given integer, K. The test cases passed in are integers N and K. Print the maximum possible value of A&B on a new line.
Task: Given a string of people’s first names and email addresses, print out the names of folks with a gmail.com address in alphabetical order. Basically, this is meant to mimic what you might see in a database table.
Task: This time around you’re not writing any code but should instead test the code with some input.
